A PhD and Associate Professor, Maxim has over 18 years of experience in the education and IT industries, with numerous implemented projects in personnel development.
He has closely collaborated on various projects with esteemed institutions such as the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and others. As Vice President, he led the educational direction of the IT Association of Ukraine for five years.
Maxim is also the Chairman of the Academic Council at SET University and a member of the Advisory Council at Dnipro Polytechnic.
