Sergiy has been a certified Gallup Expert in Talent Development and Strengths since 2014 and an instructor at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. He is a partner at Oxford Leadership Consulting in the UK.
He has 30 years of business experience, including work in the markets of the UK, China, and the Czech Republic. From 2011 to 2014, Sergiy managed China Distribution Bridge, which specialized in water filter distribution in China, working in Shanghai.
Serhiy’s research interests include talent and strengths development, performance management, decision-making, business partnership, change management, as well as joy and well-being.
