Oleksii Minakov — Consultant in Implementation and Use of Generative AI

• As a consultant and trainer in generative artificial intelligence, Oleksii has collaborated with government ministries, the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine, DTEK, pharmaceutical companies, banks, entrepreneurs, media organizations, NGOs, political parties, and local communities.
• He is the author of educational courses “Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Working with Text, Images, and Video” (Prometheus) and “ChatGPT: Your Personal Assistant for Work, Study, and Life” (Diia.Education).
• From 2022 to 2024, he collaborated with the IT company Master of Code Global, a global leader in the development of conversational AI solutions. Between 2019 and 2022, he contributed to the development of Diia.Business and Diia.Education projects at Ukraine’s most progressive government institution — the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
• He has been an invited speaker on artificial intelligence at DOU DAY, APPS.UCU Generative AI Weekend, Kyiv AI & BigData Day, Kyiv IT Outsourcing Forum, Fwdays, and other events.
• Co-host of the YouTube show “What’s Up with AI?” (“ШО по ШІ?”).
