TEACHERS’ SMART UP is a unique initiative designed to boost the professional growth of Ukrainian educators. Our goal is to enhance teaching quality and bring educational programs and methods in line with today’s global standards.
Together, we aim to take IT education to the next level — helping graduates stay competitive worldwide and driving the future of the tech industry.
But Teachers’ Smart Up is more than just a program. It’s a vibrant community of educators who learn, get inspired, and are already reshaping the way teaching happens in Ukraine!
The mission of the project is to create an open and accessible environment for teachers’ professional growth, to develop their digital, communication, and methodological competencies, and to foster collaboration between educators and the IT industry.

TEACHERS’ SMART UP brings together:
⭐️ A vibrant Ukrainian Telegram community where Sigma Software experts and leading educators share IT news, trends, and best practices.
⭐️ Close collaboration with teachers to update and improve educational programs.
⭐️ Five-day online intensives, held twice a year, where Sigma Software professionals and industry experts share insights on tech trends, upgrade soft skills, and inspire growth. Upon completion, participants receive a Professional Development Certificate (1 ECTS credit).
