The main idea behind the program is to help Junior-level specialists move up to Middle-level in just 4 months.

Throughout the entire journey, each student works closely with a mentor — an active Senior-level expert.

A program for JavaScript Junior developers who want to gain the skills needed to confidently reach the Middle level after 4 months of intensive learning.

An intensive 4-month program for upgrading both hard and soft skills in the .NET direction — from Junior to Middle level.
Next-Level Interview
One of the services available within the Learn On! program — a mock interview with experts from the international company Sigma Software.
Our specialist will evaluate you using the internal competency matrix, highlight your strengths and weaknesses, and give personalized recommendations to help you succeed in real interviews.
There are no magic shortcuts — you’ll need to study hard and practice a lot.

Program Format
The program is fully personalised. Together with your mentor, you’ll start from an individual Skill Grade Matrix — created based on an initial assessment of your current skills.
From there, you’ll build a custom learning roadmap, focusing on the areas most important for reaching a Middle-level position in your chosen specialisation.
Your learning journey includes:
- 1:1 mentorship and professional career support
- Practical assignments aimed at boosting your hard skills
- Project work — individual and/or group-based
Soft Skills workshops with free access through our LMS platform
What is the interaction with a mentor in the program?
- Each participant is assigned their individual mentor
- At the start, the participant and the mentor develop a roadmap and identify the “gaps” that need to be addressed
- Participants have regular one-on-one meetings with their mentor, typically lasting up to 2 hours per week
- Participants can communicate with a mentor in a Discord chat
- The program curator monitors your progress

What is an income share agreement?
Income Share Agreement (ISA) is a deferred payment agreement. We believe that in today’s realities, this particular training format may be attractive to our candidates, as it allows you not to worry about paying for training until you know for sure that it has helped you.
What is the training program?
Together with your mentor, you will assess your skills using the existing Skill Grade Matrix. Then, you will build an individual program focusing on the areas crucial for obtaining middle-level positions in your chosen field.
What does the training program consist of?
The training will consist of three main elements:
• Work with a mentor during the entire training period
• Project work: individual or group projects
• Soft Skills workshops
How much time will the training take?
The training schedule itself is very flexible and will be agreed upon individually by you and the mentor. The learning process will include communication with the mentor and individual work with materials. Generally speaking, you should aim for 4-6 hours of individual work per day.
Who are the mentors?
We carefully select mentors at the strong-middle and senior levels who have relevant mentoring experience and are current developers in commercial projects.
Do you train people for yourself?
Not only that, you can grow within your current company and be considered for positions within the Sigma Group, but we will also help you find a position in the market.
Is it possible to pay immediately?
ISA is our preferred contract form, but we are ready to offer alternative payment methods.
