What is the Learn On! program?

Learn On! is a skill-boosting program created for ambitious UI/UX specialists. It’s not a traditional course but a personalized, practice-oriented mentorship program that allows participants to quickly advance to a new professional level. Participants work on real projects with a strong-middle or senior mentor, receiving continuous feedback and guidance.

The main idea of the program is to help Junior-level specialists reach the Middle level within 4 months. And that’s not just a bold claim — the program is tailored individually to each participant’s goals and includes plenty of practice. Throughout the program, participants work closely with a mentor who is an experienced Strong-middle or Senior specialist.

During the program, you will get:

  • Guidance from experienced mentors
  • An individual intensive learning program in UI/UX from Junior to Middle level
  • Development of both soft and hard skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Plenty of practical experience
  • Teamwork skills
  • Access to Sigma Software Group’s internal learning materials
  • A community of like-minded professionals to reach out to for support

Our goal is to expand your knowledge and improve your UI/UX skills so that you can grow in your career and move up to the next professional level.

Program format:

The program is developed individually. Together with your mentor, you will start from an existing skill grade matrix that we will create after assessing your current skills. Then, you will build a personalized learning plan focused on the areas essential for achieving a Middle-level position in UI/UX.

The learning process includes:

  • One-on-one work with a mentor
