Dmytro is an experienced developer, mentor and product manager with over six years of practice in Front-End, AI development and building engineering teams. As Solution Lead at Master of Code Global, he oversees technical solutions, focuses on effective client collaboration and finds the best ways to deliver innovative projects.

For six years, Dmytro has been a mentor at the Masters Academy educational platform, where he teaches Front-End development (React, Angular, TypeScript, Unit Testing) and shares his experience of applying artificial intelligence in real-world projects. His approach is built on practice, mentoring, structured thinking and the ability to solve complex problems in product development.

One of Dmytro’s most notable initiatives is UA Anti Spam Bot 🇺🇦, launched at the start of the full-scale invasion. This Telegram bot already protects more than 1,700,000 Ukrainians, keeping online communities safe by automatically detecting and blocking spam, phishing messages and disinformation. The bot runs on an AI architecture that enables intelligent moderation based on modern machine learning models.

Dmytro also works on integrating AI into everyday development processes, from automated testing to content generation. He uses AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex, along with GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, in development, management and customer experience.
